“JR came out and skated with us a few weeks ago and did an outstanding job. He doesn’t play young. He plays with a chip on his shoulder and is very strong on his skates. He wasn’t intimidated at all skating with us. He has a powerful stride and great hands. He also has elite hockey sense. We are extremely happy to continue to develop our relationship with the Barons by being able to promote great kids and great players. Also Cody has been talking to me about JR for 2 seasons. And Cody has done a tremendous job for us the past few years so it is nice to see a player he coaches get pushed to the next level.” Said Generals Head Coach and GM Bryan Erikson.
